“We went in November for a small family retreat and did expect to nor did we swim or kayak. But being on the lake, sitting on the dock and small beach was a magical way to see so many many stars in the sky. It was steps to walk into Pawtuckaway park and go in a hike. We made it to the fire tower!”

“We had a great time at this property. It is very nice, beautifully set up. There was plenty of space for us: three adults, a five year old, a 10-month old, and our 14lb dog. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. He was very responsive and helpful! ”

“We were visiting for Thanksgiving and needed a place for our family to stay. It was a perfect spot for my family to unwind after visiting relatives and the craziness of the Holiday. Kitchen is amazing and had everything we needed to make pies for Thanksgiving! The beds were comfortable and the couches are great for snuggling and watching movies with the kids. We didn't use the yard as it was too cold but it looked great.”

“Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area.”

“The open space areas where very nice and accomodating, other than the person sleeping on the inside of the bed nearest the wall would have to duck to exit the bed for any reason. Floors are very uneven. Bathroom needs work. Broken trim boards, unfinished sheetrock, obvious water damage on the ceilings. Dirt, grime and maybe some mold at the shower curbing. Shims being used to balance the outside stairs leading up to the apartment isnt exactly comforting either. Have pictures if anyone wants……

“House is clean, large, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee is provided, kitchen is a good size, however we did not cook. Its about 40 minutes to walk downtown, and 5 minute drive. ”

“Travis was very good at communication and even had his cleaners try to finish earlier so we could check in early. The place was cute and perfect for what we needed it for. Thanks Travis. ”
