“The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard……

“My sister and I hosted a girls’ weekend with 15 friends. Chelsi’s house was perfect to accommodate everyone! The house was beautiful, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, and we had the best time! Chelsi was also super great/quick with communication when I had a question! “The main reason we selected this property was the lake. Thats the cover picture for this place and a lot of photos touch on it. Its even called the lakefornt cottage, i believe. That is the only reason we selected this place. Much to our dismay, when we arrived inthe lake. We are from Texas so if this happens every winter, we have no idea. “We had a great time staying here with all of the spa amenities. Massage chair is very nice, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were a great. King bed was comfy and shower was very nice. “The open space areas where very nice and accomodating, other than the person sleeping on the inside of the bed nearest the wall would have to duck to exit the bed for any reason. Floors are very uneven. Bathroom needs work. Broken trim boards, unfinished sheetrock, obvious water damage on the ceilings. Dirt, grime and maybe some mold at the shower curbing. Shims being used to balance the outside stairs leading up to the apartment isnt exactly comforting either. Have pictures if anyone wants……
