“We were very pleased with the apartment. It was very clean and as listed. Great communication and help from the owners, too. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The open space areas where very nice and accomodating, other than the person sleeping on the inside of the bed nearest the wall would have to duck to exit the bed for any reason. Floors are very uneven. Bathroom needs work. Broken trim boards, unfinished sheetrock, obvious water damage on the ceilings. Dirt, grime and maybe some mold at the shower curbing. Shims being used to balance the outside stairs leading up to the apartment isnt exactly comforting either. Have pictures if anyone wants……

“While the property is fine and in a good location, there are some major drawbacks that I must warn about. I messaged the host for two days before she responded with check-in details just a few hours before we arrived. Once there, the door code did not work and it took myself and two VRBO employees 45 minutes to get in contact with the property manager. VRBO said they called 3 different numbers and then gave me a number to text on top of that before we were able to get in touch with her. The……

“Overall the stay was great. Place was as advertised. We did have a neighbor stop and tell us they could hear us playing pool at 6pm in the evening, the walls must be very thin. No other issues and would stay again.”

“Loved this quaint apartment- lots of lovely thoughtful touches throughout. Easy parking, convenient location. Everything was just right for me- stairs were a little challenging for my tall husband but he managed. ”

“My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. Coffee was great, I’d recommend salt and pepper shakers and possibly seal or repaint the balcony door. White rubbs off when you touch it. Other than that excellent……

“The apartment is nicely renovated, inviting, and well laid out for living and working while you stay. I had to do some remote work during my visit and the home office space was a nice spot for it. The house is in a pleasant residential area that's a short drive to downtown Haverhill and the commuter train to Boston. Everything was clearly explained and communicated - check in, check out, navigating the space, etc. Local pastries waiting for us upon our arrival were a lovely touch!”
