“I thought this property would be an entire apartment but there were other guests staying there in the apartment with me. That was the only downside but otherwise great experience. ”

“We had gone to the meadowlands for a concert and needed a place to stay the night. Apt was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in process got mixed up and I was given the wrong apt number. It was very late when we arrived, 12:30 am, but the property manager answered my messages and even called us to help us get into the apt and apologized for the mix up. The reason I didn’t rate this higher is you can’t control the thermostat. It does say it in the reviews but it had been a very hot day……

“Pretty cute place in a busy area. Street parking was not as bad as many other surrounding areas. ”

“This was the ideal location for our Girls Trip! Restaurants are within walking distance (but you have to like walking), the Path Train into New York was a breeze and the property manager/owner was very accommodating to our needs as well as providing information on the unit and suggestions on how to get around!! ”

“O Apto é grande e espaçoso, tem 2 suítes , sala grande e cozinha, não é tão perto da estação de trem para Nova York, uns 20 minutos caminhando, e o trem leva em torno de 1 hora. Pertissimo do aeroporto EWR. Passamos um perrengue na chegada, pois quando fiz a reserva achei que era um hotel, porém é um prédio , e não tem recepção nem portaria, e não havia recebido as instruções de checkin, e ficamos mais de 1hora na rua até conseguir um contato e entrar, se atentarem a isso.”

“We had a delightful time visiting friends and relatives with the comforts of coming back to our own room and bath and relaxing. The home was spacious, comfortable and the in house manager (Michelle) was very friendly and helpful.”

“Je ne suis pas fier de ce qite d'hébergement. Il m'ont appelé a 3h08pm .je n avais pas repondu. A 11h58pm je suis arrivée sur le siteje ne me retrouvais pas. Je lai contacté il me fait savoir Expedia a consoler ma réservation. Je demande un remboursement ca me fait 3 jours et le remboursement ne peut aboutir parce que jai annulé ma réservation. Cest des malhonnêtes. ”

“This apartment has gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline, plenty of room to spread out, and the toilet has a bidet, which I was obsessed with. Traveling to Manhattan was easy enough by Uber, but expensive because of the tolls. The bus is a less expensive option, but we had kids with us, and the Uber ended up being the better option. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this rental— it’s a quiet, safe location, and the host is super communicative. We had a great time 🙂”

“The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The neighborhood while being rated "dangerous" was quiet and calm. We were suprised by the neighborhood at first, but never had any issues. Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again.”
