“So I am all for the simple , simple places. This is as bare minimal as it gets but it serves good purpose for work productivity, if you are traveling someone they are going to have to find a way to occupy their time”

“We had two couples in our group and we absolutely LOVED staying in this loft apartment! The owner has stocked the apartment with snacks and drinks so that on our arrival we felt right at home! The unit is also stocked with many toiletries, a plus not seen at other rentals. The location is great, we were able to Uber into the city easily and drive around New Jersey (including Metlife Stadium) easily. Thank you Elizabeth for providing such a lovely option for staying in the New Jersey/New York……

“O Apto é grande e espaçoso, tem 2 suítes , sala grande e cozinha, não é tão perto da estação de trem para Nova York, uns 20 minutos caminhando, e o trem leva em torno de 1 hora. Pertissimo do aeroporto EWR. Passamos um perrengue na chegada, pois quando fiz a reserva achei que era um hotel, porém é um prédio , e não tem recepção nem portaria, e não havia recebido as instruções de checkin, e ficamos mais de 1hora na rua até conseguir um contato e entrar, se atentarem a isso.”

“The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group of 5. The host replies extremely quickly to any questions/concerns, within minutes. There is parking on the side of the house but plenty of street room if needed. If we find ourselves in Paterson again we will definitely book here.”

“My partner and I took a trip to New York City to celebrate my birthday. This was a great place to stay due to the cost being a third of the price of a hotel in Manhattan. It was a 40 minute commute to Manhattan, but went by quick since you just get on a bus and a train and relax while you travel. We felt like we were on top of the world, staying in the third floor of this home. But do be conscious walking up the wooden floors late at night as they are noisy and you don’t want to wake up the 2……
