「The hotel was in an excellent location. The entry, lobby stairways etc. had the look of a grand old hotel. However the rooms were very dated. The furniture was old, The. bathroom much smaller than expected. There were hardly any room amenities. The room had the feel of a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel. 」

「It is a little far from the Grotto and street where the hotel Is located is unlit. But the staff are very friendly and acvomodating!」

「Stayed only overnight. Room is small but clean, has balcony, outlet for every bed. Just no coffee or tea supply. No iron or hairdryer, but I didn't ask, maybe they do. But 5 stars to hotel staff at the reception, especially Sandra and Romain. Very efficient, helpful & smiling. Thank you for all that you do. 」

「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...

「Front desk staff were all very friendly ready to help which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. About 30 minute walk from the train station and 20 minute walk to the La Grotto opposite direction, so half way between the places. Nice location by the river and lots of shops snd restaurants. 」

「I'm very~appreciat to the boss of Residence--Elisabeth. She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. It is a nice and beautiful experience at Lourdes. I hope to come back here again in the future. and hope my Lord bless them with each things at Lourdes.」

「Very welcoming staff. Rooms basic but very comfortable. Very good 3 course dinner for 15 Euros. Good location for Sanctuary etc, if you use the local street lift. Have stayed here previously, will do so again. 」
