“— Difficulty achieving a room temperature that was comfortable for sleeping — too warm — no hooks or towel baes to hang towels ( except handle on shower door) to hang towels or kit bag. — No exhaust fan in shower/toilet portion of bathroom area + room/suite was quite spacious and comfortable and seemed clean + all staff - desk, cleaning, restaurant- were very pleasant, easy to engage, and helpful + buffet breakfast on Sunday was quite good; Monday breakfast was excellent! + facilities -……

“The staff are outstanding!! Very friendly and efficient! The lobby was especially warm and inviting with the fire and holiday decorations. The free coffee, etc was a very nice touch! Breakfast room was spotless and the offerings were ample! Fresh fruit, many cereal and bread options, boiled eggs, yogurt. We arrived during a snowstorm, and our room was cold, so we needed the heat on full blast for the entire stay. ”
