Despite his recommendation in his email instructions to print out check-in materials ahead of time (which I did) I proceeded to leave the printouts on my xerox machine at home :( As he mentioned in his email note, the wifi is spotty in Haiku so I initially couldn't download the code to enter. “Perfect condo for a week in Maui. Excellent location, quick walk to the pool/beach but up a bit so it was super quiet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check-in/check-out process also! Will definitely stay here again! ”

“We had a great time staying here! It was perfect. The area was a fun spot with a food truck lot close by. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cookware you might need. Also, Thomas was a great communicator. He checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely come back again!”

“Fantastic view from the lanai of this beautiful Napili Shores condo. Napili Shores has two restaurants on site as well as several more within walking distance. Condo is well equipped, including beach gear, a large, well-stocked kitchen, nice furniture, and comfortable Murphy bed. Owner is very attentive and checks to make sure you have all you need. We highly recommend this property.”

“The views from this ocean, westward facing unit are amazing! The owners were very responsive. We enjoyed the location as it was out of the real busy areas. We came to see whales and that’s what we saw from our location. We also saw sea turtles, a shark and a manta! Mahalo Gwen and Dennis!”

“Great view and easy access to the picturesque Napili Bay beach. If you want to relax on the beach and swim/play in a beautiful reef protected bay, this is the place for you. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. ”

“- Large living room overlooking the ocean with a lanai that's covered. Nice fully equipped kitchen with upper-end appliances. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a sitting area and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Two sinks. And the bed was comfortable. Small issues with one sink and the shower, and a little further away from the beach that I originally wanted.”

“The sunsets from the lanai are so beautiful!!! Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location in Kihie is perfect and so easy to drive to all areas of the island. We will be back!!! ”

“Jenn is a perfect host. We really appreciated the location to water, airport, Haleakalā , Road to Hana , west Coastline Road and Lahaina, whale watching, airport and FOOD TRUCK PARK. The Kihei Fish House is down the street. The picture is a true depiction of the room. Bedroom and bathroom. We ate out except for cereal breakfasts in the room. walk ”

“酒店还是十分新的，第二次入住，选择双房户型，分别有独立卫生间私密性很好，阳台很大。隔壁兴建的威斯汀基本快结束了，也没有什么噪音。泳池不错，很干净。早餐性价比很高。就是在房间各处发现蚂蚁，很小的那种，不易发现。”

Great facilities with an average room and service

"The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping the mat on the floor), hot water not working well for the 2 nights we stayed in, temperature of the room can’t go below 20.5. And when the engineer attended the property, he couldn’t help with the issue and didn’t take off his shoes when he came in. Housekeeping did a good job in tidying up the room, unfortunately they only picked up the phone once out of the 4 times we called. All in all, for I felt the rooms definitely need a freshen up to charge the price. "
