“The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. It's undergoing renovations right now and my guess is that it will be awesome to stay there after they are completed. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking section. The manager did come by to explain that it was due to the ongoing renovations and provided a complimentary gift to us for the inconvenience. “First of all i couldn't stay at hotel the fisrt day i been told that they never worked with the hotels.com they didn't get us any room which i booked for my family 3 room I had to go to find another hotel very very bad cause its a busy city not easy to find good hotel last minutes 2. Bathrooms was smelling so bad i let reception know about it they said we're too busy no time doing proper cleaning 3. They didn't do change bed sheets and we they didn't cleaning our rooms they just got us……

“We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. ”

“Otel odalari gercekten buyuk ve guzeldi. Konum olarak da van merkezde heryere ulasim rahatti. Yataklar genis konforlu ve rahatti. Resepsiyon gorevlileri cok yardimseverdi. Fakat eksilere gelince, oda temizlik sıkıntı ve neredeyse yoktu. Kahvaltı vasat ekmekler bayattı. Odalar biraz eski ne tutsak elimizde kalacakti ama onun haricinde fiyat performans derseniz cok iyi. Otoparklari yok ya da herhangi bir otopark ile anlasmalari ve park imkani hic yok. Biraz ileride hemen otopark vardi ve kendi……

“Van Life Hotel was very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there. It is clean, quite, in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. The only shortcoming was the air-conditioning which sometimes worked and some other times did not. However, the time I was there it was not so hot and being in upper floors helped with air-conditioning. ”

“The reception team were great and responded to the requests we had. The gas hob in the kitchen wasn't working correctly, we managed it and chose not to move to another apartment shown to us as the one we had was bigger overall and had an oven which we wanted to use to cook meals. There was clothing in the washing machine and the room floor wasn't too clean - nothing major just lowered the overall standard of the hotel.”

Best Hotel in Turkey (in my month-long trip)

"This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle has not been cleaned. This is a common problem in every Turkish hotel."
