“The location is good. The room amenity are typical. What dissatisfied me was a $1 surcharge without a clarification. I wish there had been an explanation message. ”

“Mayflies everywhere. Room was told had river view, which it sort of does but really mostly air-conditioning units. Anyone with emf sensitivity like me, will get dizzy and nauseous in the room.”

“Historic building in the downtown area. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Our room was clean. ”

“Elevator was broken BUT I was alerted & told I could cancel my reservation w/o any penalty. I stayed anyway (a couple flights of stairs was good exercize). TV did not work properly in my initial room BUT was given a better room with a good TV. Staff did their best so I will use Canfield again next time I stay in Dbq. [I've stayed in Hiltons & Hyatt's that have also had 'things' break down. What's important is how staff responds!]”
