“We stayed for 2 nights during Thanksgiving and while the room was clean and the beach was right outside the door we did not have any internet or TV. We were offered the chance to move to another room after our first night but didn't want to pack everything up and move to another room with only one more night to our stay. We were told the cable had been cut. Feel as though we should have been compensated for the inconvience but were not offered that. Other than not having any TV to watch in……

“Check in was easy and staff were very helpful. This is a hotel that is being renovated and I think will be at great when finished. We would love to come back when the tiki bar and grill are open(closed in January). Kids loved having their own space with the bunk bed room with their own tv. We walked to The Spot for dinner and drinks. Had gone to Jack Mackerels for lunch and explored the Fort Fisher museum. We would love to come back! ”

“The room and view are nice. Unfortunately, they tiled in the hot tub they had previously & that was a big disappointment. :( Construction is going on to rebuild the balcony and it gets pretty loud.
