“As advertised, we had a wonderfully relaxing weekend here. The condo was clean, had all the necessities, everything worked. The check-in was easy and check-out requirement list was short and spelled out. For us parking was easy, right outside the front door. The walk to the pool took at least 30 seconds. “Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. Most of us had never been to Carolina Beach and was a little shocked when the locals did not come across as being very friendly. We were there for a wedding so there was music and loud conversations that we shut down just before midnight on a Friday. Police came out twice, the second time most of us were already in bed. It felt a little like racial profiling. All in all though the wedding was beautiful and that's what mattered most. friday night……

“We booked this condo to use as a home base while we saw our extended family for Thanksgiving. The property had everything we needed for simple meal prep, and our dogs were happy with the scenery from the back porch. We watched the sunrise every morning-directly in front of the porch. We were able to walk on the north end with the dogs every day-wide open spaces, and much needed relaxing time. ”

“The accommodations were very much as described. The view was amazing and absolutely oceanfront. Location was great. We took our bikes so we were able to ride just a few minutes to get to some nightlife. Also, a ten minute walk to Freeman Park where our lab was able to run without a leash. Walked for 4 miles on Freeman Park Beach which was great. Beautiful out there. Would have liked to have walked to Freeman Park on the beach but some of the beachfront between our place and Freeman Park……

“Wonderful ocean views, good beach access, nice pool. Great location, walked to the boardwalk area twice (little over one mile walk). Tap water does smell bad, bring plenty of bottled water as well as your own paper products and trash bags. Be advised 3 flights up and back each time (wife wasn't thrilled) but it she hung in there. Overall, its an older place but well maintained. I'd stay there again.”
