「Beautiful and the staff is super super friendly」

「Excellent property, it is fantastic… very clean… the room is big and very nice. I like walk inside the property during the night because it has fantastic views, also during the day. Nice swimming pools with two jacuzzi. The breakfast that I had included is fantastic. And the most is all the hotel team is fantastic, friendly and cordial. I will be in the same place when I return to the area」

「It is very difficult to get luggage in mud path from main road; could have paved with simple slaps or concrete. 」

「A really lovely resort with access to both the Tortuguero canal and the Caribbean beach. Great pool, good food, attractive unique rooms. Friendly and attentive staff and excellent communication throughout the booking and stay. Would definitely return. 」

「Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Regenwald. Zimmer ist 1/2 einer Hütte mit Terasse. Großes Bett, kein Kühlschrank. Schöne Parkanlage, nettes Personal. Gute Frühstück im Restaurant wo man auch abends gut essen kann. Zufahrt über eine enge Privatstraße, die keinen Gegenverkehr erlaubt und deshalb per Funk geregelt wird. Angebote wie Führungen, ZIP-Line und Seilbahn sind direkt vor Ort. Seilbahnfahrt ist schön, aber sehr teuer. Wir würden wieder kommen.」

「The hotel is an older hotel but extremely charming. It has a great pool and is right on the beach. The staff were excellent and friendly. We ate a great meal in the restaurant. Definitely would recommend this hotel.」

「We splashed out at the end of our holiday and really enjoyed the time at the hotel. It wasn't quite up to what we expected though from the price. The window from our room looked out onto the car park and so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time or have no privacy. There were also very few sunbeds around the pool so we never had a chance to get out there. There were some excellent points though. We were given a lovely refreshing coconut drink when we arrived. The staff are excellent, so...
