VILLA MANAE - NEW ON THE MARKET OF THE RENT. House bought in May 2018 and completely renovated and tastefully furnished in October 2018.
House of 2300 square feet (220m2) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 people comfortably.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV with internet connection and direct access to the lanai and pool. Next to it is a bathroom equipped with a shower and 2 separate sinks and dressing room

Bedroom 2 and 3 are equipped with queen size beds, bedroom 4 with twin beds
Bedroom 2 has direct access to the outside.

All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with internet access (ROKU TV).
A bathroom is accessible from the pool area.

This home also offers a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that is easily accessible from all the rooms.
It is fully equipped with large American fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, everything you need for a perfect holiday.

The pool has solar heating consisting of 9 panels on the roof.
The exterior offers a large attractive and comfortable living space with a direct view of the canal. It includes sun loungers, a dining table for outdoor dining and an outdoor lounge area ideal for enjoying Florida's colorful sunsets.

The house has a renovated dock that can accommodate your boat and allowing you to enjoy the canal (fishing ...)
The garage allows to park 2 cars

The villa also offers WIFI for using your own computer, pad or smartphone but also a high quality printer with scanner. You can listen to the music outside with the amp using your devices in Bluetooth.

This south-facing house offers access to the gulf. The house is ideally located in a residential area. It also offers easy access to all amenities such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment but remains, nevertheless in a quiet and charming neighborhood.

Glad to have stayed here
Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager.

Unresponsive condescending, intrusive property managers
Property and owner were great for post IAN corporate stay. Neighborhood is working class; fine for business travel. Property managers were unresponsive on the day of check-in and insisted on early AM in-person check-in and check out did not respect privacy and were not professional. Husband and wife team treated you like you were 'their' employee, not a guest. "Strip beds, do laundry, you are renting not owning my husband will be there at 9 AM". Would definitely rent again from this owner who was great but not unless he hires new property managers.

Deze woning heeft alles wat u maar mag verwachten. Woning ligt in een perfecte buurt en winkels,supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Vanaf de woning bent je heel snel op de highway welke kant je maar op wilt.

Wonderful vacation
Our group of 6 was supposed to stay at this house 2 years ago, but needed to cancel due to covid. I am so glad we were able to rebook. The check in process was very easy. The house was wonderful, clean and spacious with a very nice layout. We enjoyed every meal and evening outside under the covered lanai. The pool was fantastic and wonderfully warm for us Canadians. The neighbourhood was very safe and the people very friendly. Shopping was very close and even walkable. Kudos to Eric and his team for their wonderful service. We look forward to returning.

Peaceful experience
We had a wonderful time! The house is close to everything...stores restaurants, activities. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The pool was perfect...clean, warm, large. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glassware and cookware, although no garbage disposal. We've already booked again. The owners were very responsive and it was a pleasure to communicate with them...even though they are in France! It was a wonderful vacation.

Lovely house
The house layout was great, but there were only two washcloths and some really old hand towels but the bath towels were great. It would have been a really nice pool to swim in but the weather was too cold. The property management was a real problem. Not calling at appointment time, not fixing lights that wouldn't shut off and a few other things he said he would do and didn't. He started out by telling us he was 'very intelligent' but we certainly didn't see that side of him. But the property was great other than him.

Escape to space
The property itself was very nice. Big home with lots of space and the lanai was huge. Lots of sitting and lounging areas. Only issue was the water in the pool was very cold. I do not think the solar panels did much to heat it up. Had a few minor issues that came up and management was slow to respond. They were not emergencies so it was not a big deal. Overall it was a nice stay.

Tolles großes Haus mit beheiztem großen Pool
Ich war mit meiner Familie (4 Pers.) und Freunden (3 Pers.) in diesem wunderbaren großen Haus. Das Haus ist groß, hell, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Bäder super, eines hat sogar einen Ausgang zum Pool (sehr angenehm). Der Außenbereich (Südlage mit Sicht auf den Kanal) ist wunderschön mit Esstisch, kleinem Tischchen und einem Loungebereich (gemütlich). Der Solarbeheizte große Pool (28 Grad Celsius im Winter) war toll. Kommunikation mit Vermieter/bzw. Management war problemlos (sofortiger Kontakt, sehr freundlich). Alles war sauber, Küchenausstattung perfekt, jede Menge Handtücher vorhanden, etc... Selbst Spielzeug bzw. Wasserspielzeug für Groß und Klein ist vorhanden. Regelmäßige Poolreinigung vom Poolservice. Check-In wie auch Check-Out ohne Probleme. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, schon fast als wäre es unser eigenes Heim. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Water water everywhere
The good : location, convenience, house layout. Spacious. Backyard beautiful. Open concept lagoon beautiful Close to everything we could need.. house well stocked Kitchen and laundry room stocked with extras and supplies. Games. Pools toys. Lots of goodies and extra for the kids. Wish there were some kayaks for lagoon. Fishing poles. Hooks and bait were well stocked. Towels for bath and pool, well stocked and clean Overall house was clean. The bad: dead bugs (cockroaches) scattered around on arrival and live ones found in a few drawers , but I guess it’s Florida … Needed a 3rd bathroom. Was complained about by previous renters. Shower leaked and flooded whole bathroom and 4th bedroom. Soaking luggage and our belongings. Had to contact property manager MULTIPLE times for fix and this was after walk-through when we originally notified them.. Walk through person showed up several hours late, we were stuck waiting.. Had to wait for a plumber 2 days. Normally I would not care, but I was on vacation ! Then had wall ripped out. Pipes fixed. Left Sheetrock all over the bathroom Property manager asked my husband to do the Sheetrock job on our vacation. Instead, We just had an unusable bathroom full of Sheetrock and dust and mold.. my daughter became sick, which we eventually realized was from the mold and we could not use the 4th bedroom . Then they complained that we had an air mattress.. Lol The bedroom literally made her sick! I purposely booked a house with 3 baths. 4 bedrooms Flooded front porch from sprinkler system literally creating a gyser. Had to figure out how to shut it off before whole front of house flooded. Outside hose would not turn on. Finally got it working and it had multiple leaks/ holes. Squirted water EVERYWHERE. So basically not able to wash down outdoor area. So I liked the layout and location. But recommend the issues are fixed before renting again And don’t have too much fun. Neighbors complain about noise from kids playing in the pool Bugs. Mold. Plumbing. Sheetrock

Good and bad
The bad: We were in Cape Coral due to a family emergency. Bugs in the house - they sent someone to spray the next morning and we didn’t “see” any after that. Water on the floor in the bedroom - they sent someone to look at it. Shower leaks so huge puddle after you shower in the bathroom. No hot water the last two days for showers. I didn’t even bother to call the management as I was tired of having people in and out. The good Overall nice house with beautiful pool and view of the canal. Large space. Nice washer/dryer. The owner was VERY nice (messaged me from France). Seemed concerned and caring and wanted to make things right.

Dirty and Bugs
There are no (0) solar panels to warm the pool as stated (9 panels). I called about the bugs to no pest control being sent. I told them about an entry sliding glass door that didn't lock. Suppose to send someone, no one showed up. Dirty pool, no pool cleaners showed up as was promised. Live bugs everywhere, and also dead bugs. All dishes had go be washed prior to usage. Someone entered home went through stuff. Little things missing. Clothing and food items. Never again

we had a great time!
my family stayed in this house for 9 nights and we didn't spend much time indoors! the pool is large and 8ft deep. my kids basically lived in the pool alone. lol the back yard is secluded and feels pretty private. the house is nicely updated. neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. but if your looking to go to the beach every day your a little far. about 30/45+ minutes depending on traffic to the nearest beach. we did have a couple drop in visits from the property managers. which were odd and we've never experienced before. but overall we had a great time.

Family Vacation
We stayed at this property with a group of seven. Myself, my husband, our three kids, and my parents. The house was clean and worked out very well for us. We spent a lot of time in the pool and used the bbq grill. The dock in the canal is very relaxing and we even caught a couple small catfish. The house is about 35 minutes from all the local attractions we came to see like Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel island. We appreciated the extra fridge in the laundry room. Everything worked how it should including the appliances and all of the TV's. There was Wal Mart and Publix within 5 minutes of the house to stock up on anything you might need. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

terrific place to spend time away!
i came to this area both for the purpose of obtaining a bit of r&r and also to explore the local area. i stayed in this home by myself, having left my young adult children at home in Michigan to fend for themselves for a few days! it was wonderful. the home is very clean, and you can tell that its well managed by the processes in place. the pool is so refreshing, and the view off of the lanai onto the canal is calming and peaceful. i only utilized one of the bathrooms/ bedrooms, but they were extremely comfortable, functional and clean. the kitchen was easy to navigate around in and well organized. they had a welcome gift of beer/ bottled water and various drinks in the refrigerator waiting for me upon my arrival, and while im not a drinker, i know that others would definitely enjoy that! the internet worked flawlessly and was easy to connect onto. planning to come to stay here again would be an easy choice for me, and would welcome being able to use more of this huge ranch style home with my family.

Great experience! House has been updated and was very clean! Outside pool area and dock were very nice and relaxing. House was in a perfect location to all activities we did, during our stay. We ate at some delicious restaurants in Cape Coral and Fort Myers! Also, we took a boat and visited North Captiva Island and Cabbage Key Island. We had a couple of beach visits and enjoyed grilling Salmon and Hamburgers by the pool at the house.
