「I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. I remember several years ago before the pandemic my room did have a microwave oven and a refrigerator when I stayed in the same hotel.」

「Rooms are a little outdated, and pillows need to be replaced, and mattress not very comfortable. Hotel itself is pretty, service was excellent, shuttle is a HUGE PLUS to the Disney resort. 」

「Wifi was not reliable or strong enough, therefore I had to use my hotspot during the entire stay. Since I am from overseas, I needed to recharge my data plan twice, incurring extra costs.」
