"Property is very nice, love the 24 hr pool and sauna option, close to Shakeys, Taco Bell, and Starbucks for something quick or easy to get. Also, a close walk to Disneyland! There was an issue with our bathroom, mentioned it to the manager and he had it taken care of right away. The staff is very nice and they help make your stay comfortable. Would I stay again, yes!"

"The staff was wonderful very friendly and knowledgeable of restaurants and activities in the area. The parking is very tight and the number of handicapped stalls seemed less than adequate for the size of the hotel. We had one of the accessible rooms and we were not able to park near our room. The room was nice and very clean however the elevator was broken near our room so it was a slight inconvenience to bring our luggage to the room. Once in the room the beds seemed a little saggy on the ends...

"When we got there the ladies at the front desk were kind but not very friendly or welcoming. Seemed like maybe they had a long day? We got checked in and got the 5th floor. We had a very uncomfortable issue with cleanliness of the room we had been given at check in. We called to let them know and to come see for themselves. We were also at the end of the row of all the rooms that were currently under construction. It seemed like a gloomy room and floor to be on. They immediately took care of the...

"Hotel offered what we needed (dining options although we didn’t use, a pool, close to Disneyland, a mini store for snacks and other goods and a gym). Our king bedroom was nice and spacious. We were able to check into our room early upon arrival which was nice after travelling with two little ones. My only negatives would be that the knob to turn the shower on was so stiff - I had to use a towel to get the grip to pull it up. Also the sink in the washroom drained pretty slowly. "This is my second stay here. I picked this hotel again because of how close it was to Disneyland, how clean it was and how great the staff and the service was the first time around. Our second stay was equally great! The only thing that was different was the fact that we had to stay on the older side of the hotel, so the room was a little bit rundown, and didn’t have the nicer upgrades as the previous room, but it was still a great experience."
