“This beautiful home is absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and book it now! The owner/host has thought of everything, but should you need anything at all, he is on-site. “This was the best VRBO / rental experience I’ve ever had. The apartment was as exactly describes with everything you could need. Couch bed with a trundle was perfect for 3 little kids with a super comfortable queen bed for us. Great shower and water pressure. Ample towels for the entire week. Perfect location to be within walking distance of the sights and museums and local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in DC!”

“It was a great stay. I travel for work and have long days so it was almost like coming home each day, even to my dogs! I was so comfortable the whole time. Terry was so friendly and hospitable and even left treats for the dogs. Many places say “dog friendly” but they truly mean it. I didn’t feel the need to worry at all about them while I was out working during the day. He even suggested a pet store and restaurants. I’ve already re-booked for future work trips. Overall a wonderful “homey”……

“This property is located on a residential street, in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is active and vibrant. We were able to walk to the National Mall as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is brightly decorated, and feels spacious. The bed is very comfortable. A spa experience best describes the bathroom. The outdoor space has a large deck and charming back yard. We would definitely return for a future stay.”

“This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++”

Bathroom towels were few, small and inexpensive, No hand towels. Bathroom tissue was scarce for 4 adults for 4 days. There were no Kleenex tissues. There were only 3 drinking glasses total in the unit for 4 adults. Kitchen utensils were few. Ice maker was inadequate.”

“We stayed during a short trip (two nights) to DC with the grandkids. While it's an older building, the unit was very clean and just as described. It was convenient to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping. It suited our purposes perfectly. Communication was prompt and clear. Note that the Metro can be accessed through the parking garage, so if the weather's not the best, very little outside walking is needed.”

Their furniture on my latest stay was looking a little worse for wear, but I think a small spruce up will bring it back to its former glory. Maybe update the carpet and the furniture facings.
