"住四晚都沒有人清潔房間，check in 時告知不是每日清潔，我們住4天，可以幫我們安排 middle of day 一天清潔, 但結果一天都沒有清潔， 查問receiption，她們返說因為我們沒有通知她們清潔，所以她們沒有安排，因為她們是外判找人回來清潔。"

"房間非常新凈又清潔，有免費泊車，房內煮食用具齊全，提供公共收費冼衣乾衣設備，步行6-8分鐘有超市和各式餐廳，－定會再入住。"

"Very convenient traffic wise and everything is close by. However, one thing needs to be improved was that our tissue paper was empty and was not replaced during our stay. "

"The room is on the third floor, no view at all. The mattress is too soft for me. The location is excellent, it’s close to CBD. Generally the room is clean and the service is good. We are able to park on the street nearby."

"Location is good, right in CBD. However, room is relatively small when comparing with other leisure hotel in Hobart. No view at all, our room is facing a wall. We stayed for new year eve. The hotel has prepared us a bottle of white wine and accessories for celebration. They have free chocolate in the afternoon which is lovely. After all, it’s good if you travel for business."

"Fabulous hotel with good service. Excellent location, close the the piers with lots of nice restaurants in 5 min. Although it’s a heritage hotel, maintenance is good. Facilities are welly managed."

"Comfortable room, decent room size. Only issue was the overflow of water from the shower, making the bathroom messy. There was times that the housekeeping forgot to take out trash or replenish box tissue, but these are minor issues"
