“The reception staff member was excellent, especially working on Dec 25th. A very different story with a different staff member during check-out on Dec 26th. In one of our rooms, there was a problem with a blocked toilet, which someone came to clear (more than once). When checking out, I was expecting an apology, but I faced an indignant staff member who just said "we know". I was very disappointed, especially since I was not going to ask for compensation -- just understanding. Otherwise,……
