"The room is a bit dated in need of a refresh but the location is great. PSA: Please avoid booking through Roompicks (a third party listing through Vrbo) at all costs. It is much cheaper to book through Expedia or the property directly. Not sure why Expedia allows these 3rd parties to advertise listings on their platform but dealing with Roompicks was a pain and I would avoid at all cost!"

"We have been to Sedona multiple times and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed. The space was extremely nice, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was very nice and the hot tub was a great plus. We will definitely be back. "

"The property is beautiful, very well kept, quiet and secure. The back patio is so peaceful and the views are just amazing. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed…the fridge and washer/dryer worked perfectly. The location is great with restaurants, shops and hiking very close. Mike is a wonderful host. He was super easy to reach when we had questions and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby hikes, restaurants and things to do. "We hiked every day and cozied up every evening. The space accommodated us quite well and the owners were exceptionally responsive to our needs. We were not expecting to be right on the main road, and while the noise was not an issue (especially because the bedroom is in the back) it was noticeable and we wondered if it might be a problem in warmer months with windows open and/or we hung out at the property a lot more."

"Very clean and well maintained.Good view of capital butte from the property. Wide space to relax surrounded by livery yards. Full kitchen was convenient. Unfortunately there was no oven, but BBQ grill was useful. Highly recommend."

"We had a great stay at the Adventure Studio! We loved the location! We were within walking distance to the Chapel of the Holy Cross and a trailhead to several great trails with amazing views. We also walked from the Adventure Studio to the trailhead for Cathedral Rock (it was a bit of a walk, but we enjoyed it.) Adventure Studio is located in a very nice, quiet residential area. "This is a well kept resort with cabins that are stocked with everything you need to cook. The restaurant was closed unfortunately and you have to drive 15 mins to either Sedona or Cottonwood to get food. There is a scenic drive less than 5 mins away which is well worth a visit. "

"Sky Ranch Lodge is a perfect spot away from the busy city and traffic congestion and right next to the best sunset viewing spot in Sedona! It's also right on the Airport Mesa and one of the Vortex locations. It was nicely set up for a relaxing stay with a kitchenette that even had real dishes, a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was January so we didn't use the pool, but it was nice to know that a pool was avilable. It also has a beautiful event venue, as well as being a good location for a family get away with kids with outdoor areas to explore."

"Great location. The complimentary breakfast is no joke! We dropped our bags in the room, went out our patio door and we were right at the Margs Break trailhead. Dining is walkable plus a convenience store is right next door. Geoff checked us in and was energetic, professional, and really was the best start to a great stay."

Clean and spacious

"The unit was extra spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only issue I had with this property is that they take a $200 deposit and it’s not credited back to your account for a couple of days after you check out. Not a fan of this at all. "
