“We had 6 adults traveling from out of state for a wedding in an unfamiliar area. The recommended hotels were 30+ minutes away, so we opted for this rental instead which was minutes away. What a great decision! When at the home, we spent a majority of our time on the porch by the gas fireplace. We also had access to the grill and patio which were fantastic. “This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the……

“Excellent location, close by everything. Hosts were lovely. Only drawback was parking. I prefer to arrive at destination and walk . We had to move car every morning. Totally doable but it was not always convenient.”

“Lovely cottage at the edge of the sand dunes and ocean beyond. Falling asleep to the sound of waves is amazing. Bed was comfortable. Missed having a microwave or some way of heating food but I guess it's a code regulation or something. The fridge is adequate but a bit small. Be prepared to have basic food items that only need a toaster. There is a grill on the deck and you can get creative with that. There are limited restaurants unless you drive into Bath. Just plan accordingly. Truly lovely.”

“We stayed here with our adult children and grandson while visiting family in the area. This was our second time staying here and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space to spread out and a great kitchen to prep food to bring to family Thanksgiving! The hosts were great and very responsive when we had questions. Shuffle board was a definite plus!!”
