“We stayed at the Belair House in January 2025 for 9 nights. We enjoyed everything about the home. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing. Steps that led down to the beach were easily accessible. The area felt safe and directions received by owner to the house were easy to follow. ”

The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The property is well located on Sugar Hill close to the reception, main infinity pool (spectacular) and The Deck restaurant, and only a short drive to Holetown and the many glorious beaches on the West……

“Overall we were pleased with the property--it was clean, spacious, spectacular view, beautiful semi-private beach with a nice swimming area. Plenty of dishes, silverware, accessories, cookware, linen, beach towels, etc. Kitchen appliances were nice and worked well, but would recommend anchoring the dishwasher in more fully. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions/needs. The unit was located on a major thorough fair which created significant street noise into the night and……

“Right on the beach. We had the upper floor and we sat on the deck 90% of the time we were at the property and just stared at the ocean, read, played games, ate meals. It was beautiful. We are snorkelers and the snorkeling was very good right off the beach. Not much live coral but there was an abundance of sea life. Good restaurants a short drive away and a well stocked grocery store in Holetown. Had a car and did day trips to different beaches and sights every day. This is a very nice……

“We have stayed multiple times within the Sunset Crest area in a variety of villas depending on our group size with mixed levels of satisfaction. However, Tina’s villa exceeded all our expectations. I have never stayed in such a clean villa. Kaye the housekeeper has very high standards and is a truly lovely person. The images on the site accurately describe the property. You can walk everywhere. We managed and are 70 plus so very easy access to shops, beach and restaurants. Taxis easily……
