“A delighful open plan villa which was a few minutes walk to wonderful Paynes beach, not far from the Sandy Lane resorts, and a short drive to food supplies and a major supermarket. The host was very accommodating to any requests, and helpful wherever possible.The property itself was clean, well laid out and had all the amenities you'd expect. As a family of 2 adults, a teenager and 4 year old this was an ideal place to stay. I'd happily recommend.”

“We came in late thanks to American Airlines. We were all tired and hungry after 24 hours of travel, and Sean was very accommodating (Sean works with David as a driver). The property was right by the bus stop and being across the street from the Golden Sands meant getting a taxi was easy! You could get food to go from the Golden Sands and they have a great karaoke night (Kids welcome). Turtle Bottom was not only close to many things it was easy to get in and out of, and the store is a 10-minute……

“The Villa is located at a clearly prime space directly at the beach (you step out of the door and already have your feet in the sand) and is very well equipped and maintained. Communication with Fraklyn was seamless and always customer oriented. We found everything we needed, including beachchairs and things like that and -very important for our son- the WLAN worked perfectly. “Friends from Chicago stayed there for Cricket Tournament. Very nice, Clean and well-maintained property. Staff is doing good job with cleaning and maintaining. Both kitchens are excellent. Because of hurricane we needed to extend our stay. Owner was very nice to understand and help us to stay. We appreciate that. It is not on the beach, but beach is not too far. Also location is close to grocery stores and restaurant. We have enjoyed our stay.”

“Firstly the property was absolutely perfect we hired the main house and cottage. The property was everything we hoped for, very clean comfortable and location was just an easy 5-10 mins walk to beach and bars. Lucy the owner was brilliant on communication and responded very quickly. I also want to say what an absolute star Mike the property manager is, we had an issue with one ac unit he got an engineer out asap and replaced it with a new one. We were unfortunate to be here during hurricane……
