"This is a fantastic property and very well run. The breakfast was terrific - be sure to ask for eggs if they forget to offer - and cocktail hour lovely. The day staff were friendly and helpful. The man on the evening shift, however, was almost unpleasant when we asked him to cancel a dinner reservation (an hour in advance) that they had made for us earlier in the day. Not sure why this was an infraction? FYI!"

"Fantastic stay at this hotel! Easy walk from the train station- while the room was rather small, the view from our window over the canal was priceless! The room was clean, the bathroom was awesome (great shower) and the staff was helpful and charming! Easy access to the public water travel (vaporetta) to get to Rialto and St Mark Square. Bed was a bit squeaky and soft but we slept well. Highly recommend!"

The window opens up to the most beautiful view and sounds. You an watch the gondolas go by right by your window. The whole hotel is beautifully designed and the staff is so welcoming and charming from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave.
