“All in all it was a really nice stay! The property was easy to access and very clean. You had everything you need there. It took us like 7 minutes to get to the trainstation. “Great location. You can walk to Metro (Rogier) and shopping mall (City 2) within 5 minutes. Although there are some homeless on the street, it is still safe around the hotel. The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. And for sure it will ruin your holiday and your fantasy to this beautiful city - by convenient location, because the area is dirty, haunted, and insecured. In case you want to know why I hate this hotel - No hot water, curtain not closed, broken windows, and the floor is dirty, drainage sucks. Oh, and there were nights when there were false alarm. Everyone was out and there wasn’t even a staff to come even after the fireman arrived and shut down for us."
