“The price of this place is amazing and therefore a very good value. There were a few cleaning issues that we noticed, but overall the room was clean. We did have an issue with someone smoking in one of the rooms next to us one night and because the rooms are set up as basically central air situation and not the individual room heating and cooling units that normal hotels have, the smoke from that room came in to our room through the vents. “My son and I stayed here for a weekend to explore the fall leaf color. As a former VRBO host and a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that this was my best stay ever. The studio is about one hour away from Grandfather Mountain and Ashville. We flew into Charlotte, which is also about an hour away. The drive to the property is pretty. “This VRBO is so convenient to TIEC! Less than 10 minutes away! While we came in late most nights and left early every morning, it had everything we needed for the nights we were there- lots of room, nice shower & all the necessities!! We didn’t get to spend anytime outside enjoying the yard & River but we made s’mores in the microwave with the care package left for us!! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Doug was super responsive and quick to answer any and all questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful views all around. My kids enjoyed feeding the cows and hanging out on the porch. The house felt very personal and lived in which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, it provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We made lots of memories and overall had a great time.”
