“My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep. “Terrific location, easy parking and access. Clean and updated. Comfortable and terrific layout for us, we had a handicapped person who needed ground floor entrance and first floor bed/bath. Laundry in unit and soft towels and blankets which is a plus. A few issues.... Our door code did not work, but the customer service answered immediatley and gave us a working code. There were several lights not working including kitchen and the stairs. We assumed it was bulbs becuase we checked the breaker.……
