「We have stayed at this house before. The location is outstanding but if you have a boat, you will need to find another place to keep it, as this house is not on the water but it is a very short walk to beach. Also a very short walk to downtown Boca with many shops, restaurants, etc. There are two marinas close by, can walk but quick golf cart trip, but call way in advance to get a slip. There is little market on the island but would advise a stop at Publix just a few miles before you come over...
