“the staff were nice. the room was comfortable. the bathrooms especially the bathtubs were filthy with a couple bugs and spiders. for $115 a night, it should be spotless. the staff was not available at check in and do not give u access to the inside of the hotel during your stay. they accidently locked the door and i didnt know if i was going to get to my room or not. i didnt know if i was going to be able to check in or not due to staff not being there. ”

“Great stay and great value! We stayed here while exploring the New River Gorge and had a simple check in/ out process, stayed in a brand new cabin (so new there was still packaging materials on the lamps) and were even able to use the pool once. The kitchenette has some utensils, a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge, the private bathroom had plenty of towels and the cabin had AC/ heating that worked great.
