“The location and size is great, this place has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of attention. It needs a deep clean. For example there was a lot of cob webs, the chairs outside were very dusty, those details matter. The bed is sinking in the middle. Also the place needs a lot of repairs, for example there was a loose floor plank, and the bathroom door is coming apart. The coffee station is not appealing. Overall this could be a great little place but it appears no attention has been given……

“We loved the location. The unit had holes on the ceiling in the shower and in one of the bedrooms. They were covered, but they still scared my daughter, and were quite unsightly. We are a family of four that stayed for three nights. Only four bath towels were provided, and one wash cloth. At least a second set would have helped. Also, no floor coverings/bath mats in the bathroom and with two kids water gets everywhere. There was a discrepancy for check out time between the email (11am) provided……

“Overall nice stay. It's unfortunate that there are no elevators for the elderly but we made it work and they accommodated my request to be on the 3rd floor (my dad needed the walk). Also, very cool that the staff made some snacks for the guests. You are able to hear some noises (didn't lose my sleep) which was weird since we were on the 3rd floor so idk if it was coming from downstairs or the trees. Would stay here again. ”
