“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”

“ We were on a tight schedule on arriving after a 7 hour drive , arriving at 18.45 . Literally had to drop our bags and leave. Sadly a new member of staff on reception did not have a clue . Even though he was trying his best . We had 2,rooms and took over 20 minutes to book us in which had been pre paid ??? I asked for him to get help and he said everyone was busy and he had only just started. Very disappointed with check in ”

“Stayed for 1 night to see the illuminations. Hotel is opposite a tram stop so really handy. There is parking to the side of the hotel as well as on the prom, we got a space which was great. The pool is quite small and shallow but the kids had loads of fun in it. Would stay again.”
