Enjoyable Visit!
Great visit. Spacious property, good for kids. Beautiful views. Dock was a nice bonus, even if it was a bit of a walk. Kitchen could’ve used a little more stocking (missing some basic kitchen items, such as oven mits), and the refrigerator felt a little warm at times, but otherwise, no complaints! Had a great time!

Very pleasant experience for the group
All the members of our church group were impressed of the cleanliness of the house, very good location and excellent service of the Destination Big Bear. We want to rent the same house in our next trip to Big Bear. God bless

Weekend from hell for housing in Big Beat.
The heater didn't work, the kitchen refrigerator was 40 years old. Smelled awful. Dining room and living didn't have sitting for 11 as was advertised for sleeps 11. Large table on patio but way too cold for outside. Mattress were worn out. The only thing good was the view of the lake.

The house by the lake
The house was okay. Some things need to be done to bring it up to a top rating. It needs new window coverings in some rooms, the door that exits to the back of the house would only open with great effort. It could use better lighting in the kitchen and in the front room. The appliances are old and need to be updated. The beds and furniture are old, and not very comfortable. I thought for the price we paid for two days the house would be more up to date.

Family Vacation at Big Bear Lake
Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids enjoyed our time at Big Bear Lake. There were some issues (only 2 wash cloths, no kitchen towels, only 4 water glasses, collapsed bed leg) which were taken care of promptly and courteously when reported to Destination Big Bear. Sleeping accommodations were OK, but living areas were small. Lots of steps which was OK for our group, but would be a factor for others. Beautiful view from the decks. The dock was nice, but further from the house than expected. The water level was high when we were there so the dock was usable although a lot of seaweed was present. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding. Too much seaweed for swimming. The weather was perfect for our 4th of July week vacation. Fireworks were not visible from the house. Air hockey advertised was not there, but foos ball table was and was enjoyed by all.

Goldilocks
Romantic weekend getaway ruined. Master suite could not be used. Raining when we arrived & 3rd floor carpet was wet, master bed is severely sunken in, disclosed broken bath jets, undisclosed broken bidet (I reported the bidet to host & he did not want to document it but rather asked me to verbal tell the repair guy. Repair guy came out and did nothing about the water mess from the rain. We arrived and had to start cleaning up rain water,) and a light was left on behind a locked door right across from the bed that shined in ur eyes. I inquired about the bed b4 check-in and the host ignored my inquiry. The entire main deck is under video surveillance which felt invasive & we felt uncomfortable when used. We mainly used 1st fl deck which offered some privacy, but there is wood rot on the banister and is pulling away from the support beams. There are obvious broken things throughout the entire rental that they are aware of but dont disclose, e.g. front door blind has missing pieces, fireplace glass door was missing entire glass pieces, main deck doors have water damage and extremely difficult to open. Rain water was leaking into the 2nd fl by the deck doors. We had to use bowls and towels to clean us the mess. We tried all other beds, and theyre all cheap and extreemly uncomfortable. Bed sheets are so thin and over bleached they felt like sandpaper. I had to wear socks & pants to bed to sleep because the sheets are so uncomfortable. The hot tub needs maintenance. Will not return!

Beautiful location. Plenty of sleeping areas. Had a wonderful time with our family
The property and setting was wonderful. Could use a few simple things like hooks to hang jackets , hooks on bathroom or bedroom doors for towels and robes. Kitchen floor mat needs replaced- it looked very dirty. Needed more dishwasher pods, towels. . Kitchen was very well stocked. Hot tub was a nice addition. Loved the location of this property. Tucked away and private. Had a wonderful time here. Would stay again

Family Weekend at Big Bear Lake
We had a great stay for two nights with a lake view, and the house we rented had plenty of room for everyone. We also let our property management group, Destination Big Bear, know of a few items that needed repairing, so hopefully a future renter will find it to be a superb experience for them as well. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful location for our family
It was great to wake up with the view of the lake, and then walk down to the water. We enjoyed the house, it was a perfect size for our family and the kids. The rooms were nice and clean, with a lot of space. Also it's located close to Boulder Bay and The Village.

The bedroom carpets were very stained with black and red stains. The deck rail was loose and broke
Accommodated well for 10 people. Nice view needed screens on windows to open for fresh air, comfortable, could stand to be cleaned better
