Rapport qualité prix décevant

Une belle pièce à vivre avec une belle cuisine aménagée bien chauffée. Salles de bain satisfaisantes avec eau chaude. Menuiseries à changer. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et à rénover. De gros problèmes de chauffage dans ces chambres notamment dans la chambre donnant sur la rue dont le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Chambres froides voire très froides. Pb d’isolation thermique de manière générale dans ce logement.
