“I love a boutique hotel for all its quirks. Love the wooden floor. Similar to my house. Bed was comfy. Blinds in the room made it plenty dark. Shower was a bit too small. Coffee in lobby cafe was good. Honestly, no complaints. Plenty of street parking for my car. Walking distance to everything I needed. ”

“The hotel is tidy and clean and price is affordable. However, my room has a smell of mold or smoke, which could not be removed by ventilation or air conditioning. I have a sensitive nose and I couldn’t get used to it even overnight. I wish the landlord can get rid of it so hotel will be great.”

“Our stay was fantastic, and the accommodations are very updated. There were stains on the ceiling that should be addressed. It must be in need of a new roof, and I would hate to see all of that beautiful space be infected by mold.”

Disappointing. Broken Air Conditioning.

"The room has a smell of cigarette smoking and the air conditioning was broken in our room. We managed to move into another room with a floor cooler. When we were packing to move, a person who claimed to be the manager of the hotel called our room and told us to vacate the room right that moment. He was very impolite. In the room which we switched to, it still felt hot like outside at 33 degrees as the window was not securely taped, therefore there was a leak in the window caused by the air duct of the floor cooler."
