"Overall it was a great stay! The thermostat only had heat or off options, the bedroom on the left gets extremely hot quick due to multiple air vents in it. The beds need an upgrade, they were not very comfortable. Even a mattress topper would make them better! The place was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The area the property is located in is not gentrified but seemed quiet, safe and was conveniently close to the highway. If you want to stay in a "cool" neighborhood, look to Federal Hill or the East Side of downtown. "Clean and well equipped place with a great location. I was very comfortable for a five night stay and had everything I needed. Walkable to shops, parks, restaurants, and Brown U. Easy check in and check out, great to have a parking spot as well. Responsive host. Even fixed a minor issue with the heat in the middle of the night! Highly recommend would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay for a family of 4. It was a roomy home and plenty of space to spread out. I would stay here again. That being said, the listing reads like it is a single family home with the entire home to yourself. You would have to read the reviews to know it’s owner occupied which is fine but I appreciate when it’s clearly mentioned in the description.
