“The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible……

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“There really isn’t anything that I could fault. The staff were excellent, the room itself was exceptionally clean and tidy. The property was also clean and well maintained. Great location and easy to get to. Shopping centre 2 minutes down the road”

“Terrible curtains in the property especially in bedrooms. Main bedroom blind was broken and it allowed street light in through blinds and as well in other bedroom but not as bad. Living area didn’t have blackout blinds only day blinds and it allowed a lot of light come in early morning and at night ”
