“Pros: Good customer service, hotel facilitated an early check-in and providing different pillows. Bed was comfortable, location was great - walking distance to Melbourne Park for the AO, the airconditioner worked well, great blackout curtains and housekeeping service. Nice food at Harry's restaurant for dinner and the buffet breakfast. Cons: Hotel is way past its prime, would have been 5 star in the 80's & 90's but not now. The facilities and rooms are a bit run down e.g., tiles in the main……

“Great check in experience even though I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time. The room is ready, quiet and clean. It is just 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station where you can take air bus to the airport. 5 mins walk to tram station which is free to access to CBD ( walk is 20 mins). 15 mins walk to QVM. It is also amazing to have a bottle of wine as a VIP of hotel.com ”

“This was easily my best stay in Melb. It was the Grand Hyatt team that made this trip memorable. Whilst booking this 4-nights stay, Ms. Linh Truong was very helpful in making the arrangements and ensuring our stay was perfect.
