“The room we were in had been renovated just a bit if a squeeze bur was wekk equiped. The breakfast was good quality and fir the first time I found an hoiel toaster that actually did the job in 1 go. The evening meal was also great value and copious amounts Had a problem with noise from the room underneath but sorted by night porter after my unsuccessful request at 2am! “The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was good with a huge variety. We also had the roast lunch on Sunday, which was good value and very enjoyable. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. “Wonderful stay at L’Horizon. Staff extremely friendly, go above and beyond to make holiday extra special. The best location, on the beach at St Brelade’s bay. “Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best.
