This property was so great! Felt just at home. Only downside is that it is like a 15 minute walk from town, but we actually liked that to get a nice walk in the morning. Ubers are also easily accessible.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice full English breakfast and the options looked good too. Parking was very tight. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was basic but adequate; but unfortunately the room wasn't quiet, as I could hear other guests through the wall and walking up and down the stairs well into the night.

Not too far (about 10 mins walk) from city centre although the walk back is uphill. Room was comfortable but too hot, even with the window left open. Breakfast was good and it was really helpful to have two prices between continental or full English to choose from. Staff were cheery and helpful. Parking though is difficult to say the least!!

Great location within walking distance to the centre, lovely views across Bath, nice period building and features, excellent service. Breakfast was very good although charged on top of the room cost. Nice stay overall We stayed in the four poster bed, pros: spacious, good facilities, cool experience Cons: dusty bedposts at the top, bed too short (husbands feet were over the edge), you have to pay for parking, and we could hear kitchen staff at like 7am because our room was downstairs

Perfect location, approx 10 minutes walk into the centre of Bath. Parking is very tight. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Lovely little touches in the room, shame that with all the coffee options available it's Nescafé instant in the room. Staff very welcoming.
