"The place is in a great area that is close to everything. The property is much smaller than you think and needs a couple of amenities that would make things more comfortable like fixing a wobbly toilet or providing more toliet paper and cleaning supplies. Beyond that we like how San Juan was accessible to us and the parking was right in front. There was a crazy party that happened with another guest but that wasn’t the owner’s fault."
