We stayed here on our family vacation and it was a great place! You can walk to the beach and our kids loved the pool! The rooms were very clean too. It is more of a basic hotel but fit our needs just fine! I had a couple concerns about the parking lots and finding spots, but we always found a spot. I agree with others saying this place is a gem for the San Juan area!

Great spot close to beach and airport, staff really helpful and friendly.. only downside, the rooms have wooden doors, with guests banging them thru the night, talking in hallways and airport traffic all hours it’s a little noisy, but with earplugs it’s doable 👌

Laut und keine Frischluft. Hotel liegt halt auch in Laufnähe zum Flughafen. Startet mal gerade kein Flugzeug so läuft tagsüber dauerhaft der Kompressor für den Dampfstrahler zum reinigen der Leihwagen. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, kaum Tageslicht und Fenster öffnen geht nicht. Zimmer zum Pool sind wahrscheinlich besser. Trotzdem stimmt Preis/Leistung, die größeren Hotels in der Umgebung kosten ein Vielfaches, Strand fußläufig zu erreichen und das Personal ist super. Ohrstöpsel sind zu empfehlen.

The location was outstanding, providing easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the pool was a delightful spot to relax. The staff was extremely nice and happy to answer any questions. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We arrived early and were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us in early as soon as the room was ready. Room was fairly basic but exceptionally clean. Location was a short walk to beach and also close to several places to eat. We would stay here again for sure and would recommend to others.

Next to a road that has blasting music driving by all night long. Door lock electronic and didn’t work most of the time. No dead bolt. Water setup extremely awkward and unsure if water is safe to drink. Water Smelled terrible, only worked from the hot water sides of faucet and nothing from the cold. Seemed like a possible softener system too. Only hot water from shower head; nowhere else. No power in bathroom for beard trimmer or anything. Shower curtain leaked everywhere and I had to change it to stop that. Barking dogs late at night. It was fairly close to beach that isn’t that great but Biobay tours available. Good restaurants nearby. Overall clean but so many quirks and noisy as heck all night long. The water situation and door locks were kinda disturbing. Used it as a home base for seeing the rainforest, Luquillo beach (not the nearby beach, and other areas. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan to stay here for long periods and just hangout at the property. And bring some drinking water for sure. Yuck
