“Beware*** Advertised as a 3 bedroom house, which I needed for my children. It is NOT a 3 bedroom house. If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. No mention of this in any way on the posting. Intended deception. They refused to provide a refund or any rebate when contacted. Also, the smell of gas the entire time there. They have a heating……

“Our family loved staying here. It was hot in Big Bear during our stay and this cottage was great. The property is well located in a very quiet area. The property managers were awesome and their communication was phenomenal. The fairy tale easter eggs were great and my 10 year old daughter loved everyone of them. I would highly recommend this cottage to a family with small children. Thank you guys so much for accomadating our family on a much needed 4th of July getaway.”

“Very nice location, very quiet, beautiful around, very comfortable home. Living room couches needed more clean and beds blankets also, and behind de beds was very duty. But after all Im very happy, thank you. ”

“A cute cabin that’s only a 10-15min drive into downtown Big Bear. Only real knocks on the place: 1. Heat was turned on when we arrived (visited in August) so it was 84 degrees inside. Cooled down nicely later on once we turned that off and opened some windows. No AC. 2. Patio has a great view and is a great spot to hangout. Downside was it was a mess. Sap on the deck and on the chairs, as well as cobwebs. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned up in a long time. Wiped it down when we went out……

“House is quaint and charming with beautiful view. Very steep stairs to access the front door and not many flat areas. Deck is very nice and inviting. Beds were not very comfortable but not horrible. Very peaceful and quiet and beautiful city light view at night.”
