“The rooms were really old and had a run down feeling. The rugs were visibly dirty, the towels were cleaned, but had stains, and there was no clear statement (that I saw) that there is no elevator. The fireplace suites are not worth the extra cost-- the couches are old and discolored, and the fireplace was a stove- no instructions on how to use, etc. I was disappointed.”

“This was possibly the most pleasant stay experience I have ever had. The staff at this location makes the experience wonderful from the moment you step onto the property. I have had the privilege of traveling quite extensively and the Hotel Jerome scores higher than almost every other location with their professionalism, service and hospitality. ”
