The Grosvenor Square room was very loud and I could hear every step and talking from neighbors because the multi-bedroom unit is directly above - didn't get much sleep. Stayed in the Hyde Park room last time and it was much better/quieter/more spacious”

“Our stay was nice enough for the price paid. The room was accessible from outdoors only, and there was no elevator. We were there during exceptionally cold weather which caused the heater to run almost constantly. We had to go outside to get to the breakfast, which had minimal options. However, we slept well (2 nights) and it was basically comfortable. ”
