Villa Eyrac Nice, clean, comfortable house at the Port end of Arcachon. Very close to beach and easy walking access to shops and restaurants both in Arcachon itself and the Port D'Arcachon. We were two families of 3 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space. Nice, shaded but bright garden terrace to eat outside which we did every morning.

Enjoyable Stay at Villa Eyrac

Pros: - new construction - very clean - good air conditioning system - comfortable beds - close proximity to the Eyrac beach and harbor - short driving distance or longer walk to grocery store, bakery, pharmacy in l’Aiguillon - covered patio with gas grill - modern kitchen - good Wi-Fi - large flatscreen in living room - gated outdoor parking spot (garage is a mechanical / storage room) Cons: - VRBO listing as of first quarter 2023 mentioned 4 bathrooms. In reality the villa has two half baths (toilet and sink), one downstairs and one upstairs, and two bathrooms (shower and sink), one that is part of the (largest) bedroom located downstairs and one shared between the 3 bedrooms upstairs - living room furniture and chairs around the dining table should be upgraded - kitchen could use a few more ustensiles

Villa Eyrac "Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une membre de Cocoonr. Tour de la maison, quelques informations pratiques sur cette dernière, sur le quartier et nous voilà installés. La maison est impeccable. Quelques petits soucis d’ampoules ne fonctionnant pas mais rien de bien grave. Je le mentionne histoire de mettre un petit point négatif. La maison est idéalement située à mi-chemin entre le centre ville et le quartier de l’Aiguillon, elle est face au port. Environnement calme malgré sa proximité de la rue. Piste cyclable à proximité. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons."
