「Receptionist was most unfriendly to the point of ignorance. The room price demanded on arrival was 50% more than advertised on the website. When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on...

「Solo puedo escribir cosas buenas, en especial destacamos a la propietaria, super atenta y super amable! Ha sido una estancia corta pero repetiremos seguro más días. El lugar es ideal para desconectar o mejor aún, para conectar con la naturaleza. Destaco también la comida y sus opciones veganas y vegetarianas. Sin olvidarnos de la perrita, un amor.」

「房間非常的小，但是看起來乾淨，旅館的服務人員素質不太一樣，有些很好，有些沒那麼好！當場加早餐，付過錢了，但是最後一天要離開的時候又要跟我們要一遍，好險有溝通，後來沒有收，但是每次去吃早餐的時候有付錢，不知為何電腦系統還會記錄沒付」

「Zenit Hotel in Bilbao exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We look forward to staying at the Zenit Bilbao again.」
