"Great location in central Bilbao. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Guggenheim and the San Mames stadium. We got the 3247 bus from the airport and Grand Via 46 stop was a 10 minute walk on the flat to the accommodation. €4.50 per person. Worth noting that there are not a lot of Ubers in the city and taxis appear to be cheaper. We were €33 for the taxi back to the airport from the accommodation."

"For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...

"Great place within walking distance of pretty much anything you could want from a a stay in Bilbao. 20mins of flat walking to the Guggenheim and old town, 8mins to the bus station and 0 minutes to the supermarket (but not on Sunday - they’re all closed). Manu was exceptionally helpful and we followed his recommendations for places to go and to eat. Superb stay, thoroughly recommended. "

"I stayed here when I spent a few days in Bilbao after a running trip in the Picos. The apartment included everything I needed for a great stay: comfortable bed, warm shower, kitchen supplies, etc. The location is good. About 800 meters from historic buildings, all the bars and restaurants of old town, and the open air market. Bilbao is a nice walkable city, with excellent public transit, so getting to the Guggenheim and other attractions is easy. I walked there so I could admire the scenery...

"There is lots of space in the apartment, and the balcony with the window opening on to it from the main bedroom is a treasure. The spacious cupboards and closets are cleverly designed. They alone are worth the experience. The only negative was the clothes washer, which didn't work. We were told that maintenance got to it just after we left. "It’s a great location and the staff were AMAZING!! I had a couple problems (not related to my stay and the front desk were so kind and knowledgeable. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. They have a great breakfast on the 6th floor with an early-bird discount. The neighborhood is amazing: restaurants, bars shops. The Cathedral only a couple blocks away- transportation is a breeze! Such a walkable city and public transportation is excellent!!"

All good but wifi needs to be fixed

"We really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, great rooftop bar. Only downside was the wifi--terrible service. In our five day stay, we were only able to get wifi service one of the days. They really need to upgrade it as I'm sure it's frustrating for business travelers (we were touring most of the time so it was an inconvenience while we were in the room.) Otherwise, friendly front desk staff, great service in the bar/restaurant. All in all, a good experience, but fix the wifi."
