“The hosts were kind and accessible, and took care of whatever we needed. There were plenty of cooking supplies, including spices which was nice not to have to buy those. There was a welcome basket which was much appreciated, especially the hot chocolate! The home was in a nice location to parks, downtown, and not far from the airport. Oh, we loved the detachable shower head, and the nice bath mat. Overall a nice place to stay!”

“The apartment was perfect for our stay. It had everything we could have wanted. Every possible kitchen tool was available, tons of towels, etc. to make our stay very comfortable. It was quiet and parking was convenient. The yard area was pretty with ultra green grass and lovely flowers. The location was convenient to everything. Michele was super responsive when I had questions, which was much appreciated. The washing machine had the quickest speed wash cycle I have seen at 15 minutes, mine……

“Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again.”

“This is a great property to stay at. A basement apartment (approximately 12 stairs down) in a quiet neighborhood that is stocked with everything you need as well as some of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies that you will need. The hosts were great! They made sure I had whatever I needed, answered all my "tourist" questions but at the same time didn't bother me unnecessarily. They made sure that the parking spot that is reserved for their guests is ALWAYS free of snow and ice……

“Place was nice and had all the things needed for 2 people. Kitchen supplies were better than most places with all upgrades pots and pans and utensils. Ladder might be a problem for some getting up to the loft for some. Only complaint is the door code was malfunctioning and had to wait for a back up person to come and open the door with a key from the key lock box. 1.5 hours to get in. Owner does not need to have a 10 digit code to open a door. In all my travels 4 to 5 code is efficient. And male……
