Getting Around:
This house is about less than two mile to the Disneyland Park. You can still take OCTA bus 83 (its terminal is located on the Ball Rd, about one block away) to Disneyland Park.
Please turn to "King Ct" from "Ball Rd", GPS sometimes give wrong direction.
Other Things to Note:
**House Rules:**
- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., enforced by the City of Anaheim
- Prior to Check-in: Guests must provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes
- NO SMOKING: Inside the home and game room, including tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs
- Maximum Occupancy: Initial daily price is for 12 people, with an additional guest fee of $30/guest/night, maximum 13 people permitted
- Additional Visitors: Not allowed unless approved by the host
- Minimum Booking Age: 21 years old
- Minimum Stay: 3 nights
- Booking Requests: We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2-night gap on the calendar
**Pool & Spa Heating:**
- Optional Pool Heating Fee:
- Winter months (Nov-Feb): $150 for the first day, $60 per additional day.
- Warm months (Oct, March, April, May): $100 for the first day, $40 per additional day
- Summer months (Jun - Sept): $60 for the first day, $30 per additional day.
- Spa heating: $10 per hour after 2 hour complimentary per day
- Note: Pool heat costs are subject to change, and it's strongly recommended to use only the spa in winter months for energy conservation
**Liability & Security:**
- Homeowners' Responsibility: Not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness on the premises
- Guests' Responsibility: Assume risk for any harm arising from their use of the premises or inviting others to use the premise
- Security Surveillance: Cameras installed outside the property perimeter, not indoors, to protect guests' privacy
- Noise Monitoring: Devices installed at the front door and backyard to monitor noise levels and alert property managers if decibel levels exceed normal limits
