“This is a very well maintained house. It is very clean and comfortable. The rest of the neighborhood is a little run down, but that is to be expected with a house so close to downtown. We were a group of seven women and none of us were worried for our safety. This host is very helpful and considerate of his guests.”

“Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 under two stayed here comfortably for 7 nights. First off, if you’re traveling with little ones this is the place for you. The location of this house is close to everything you could want in the Columbus area, also walking distance to a playground. Our host Rachael was so accommodating, offering important items that are crucial to traveling with small children but nearly impossible to bring on a plane. “We greatly enjoyed our stay here, it is a cozy space and very comfortable. The area is quiet and very close to downtown Sunbury. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway!”

“We had 13 adults and 4 children in this house for a family wedding. There was enough room for everyone. Overall the house worked well for us. We had several mice in the kitchen and the house needed minor repairs, kitchen sink facet was loose and handle kept coming off. Screen door needed repair. Back porch had lots of spider webs. Flower beds needed to be cleaned up. Several items were needed, blankets, dishwasher soap, and pillows which were delivered same day. ”

“My friend and I stayed for a long girls weekend and had a great relaxing time. We loved being able to walk by the water and there were so many great little places to eat nearby.
