「The Hotel was a pleasant suprise, as it doesn't look much from outside. Number one, it has a lift in the building, though there are maybe 6 or 7 stairs to the entrance. The room was sufficient for my needs with an even temperature. The shower is large and the toilet has an anti-drop lid. I like the overalldesign it was very resting to the eyes. 「Très mauvais établissement indigne d’un 4 étoiles. La salle de sport n’est pas une salle de sport mais 3 vélos dans un sous-sol. L’accès au sauna est facturé 20 dollars, alors que cela est sensé être compris dans la réservation!!!! L’établissement est sale et bruyant !! Le hall est un véritables hangar rempli de colis et de valises !! Le ménage est mal fait, le personnel de nettoyage oublie son matériel dans la chambre !! Le quartier est bruyant et loin de tout ! 「Personer og medarbejder meget venligt og hjælpe nogle gang rengøring er behagelig og personalet er godt. Den eneste problem værelserne var ikke handicap venliget ,meget lille og handicap jeg har haft prblme med kørestolen i badvælse og inde i vælse .elevatoren var ok i forhold med en kørestolen . 」

「Personalen är jätte trevliga speciellt Yilmaz på receptionen han är trevlig, kunnig över hela området, han rekommenderade oss massa olika bra platser. Rent och fräsch, säkert, trevliga personal, frukost är gott men samma varje dag annars allt är super bra. Jag kan mer än gärna rekommendera det till alla andra. 」
