My only 2 complaints are that I hate a bathroom with no door (especially when the shower is right next to the open arch), and I don’t quite understand the toilet down the hall and separate from the bathroom? "This is a lovely hotel to stay in Kensington. It feels very luxurious when you walk in. You’re welcomed by an incredible staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little small, but it is a city so to be expected. Everything was clean. The location was wonderful! Close proximity to two different tubes and easy access to taxis and Ubers at all Times. we truly enjoyed our stay here. "

"We had an excellent stay at the St. Martin Lane Hotel. It served as our home base for the week we spent in London. The location cannot be beat! You're right in the west end and can easily get to everything that London has to offer. Covent Garden is a great place to stay and is convenient to dining, shopping and attractions. Despite being in the middle of everything, the hotel was quiet and devoid of noise. This made retiring to our room and resting up for our next day adventures easy. The...

"Good hotel in a great area for walking around Hyde park or shopping along Oxford street. Lancaster gate tube station underneath was a real plus too. The prompt room service and tasty food that came with it was also a selling point. Only shortfall we found was the limited options for food choices at breakfast as two individuals with specific dietary requirements. Also cost for breakfast is a little exoensive so food out nearby is probably cheaper; we did this on two days over our stay."

Staff absolutely lovely and the room and the views are apparently stunning. They were made to feel so welcome at Check in. They were really excited about the stay and expected the hotel to be great, but so far it has exceeded their expectations !!"
